Youssoufa Moukoko made his debut in Borussia Dortmund’s first team this season and he managed to score against Union Berlin a few days ago. One day after his 16th birthday, thanks to the modification of the Bundesliga 1 and Bundesliga 2 regulations of this year that allows players to debut at that age. The previous regulation required that the player be 18 years old.

That debut, on November 21st, 2020, made him the youngest player to perform in a Bundesliga match and 17 days later, Youssoufa Moukoko would do so in the UEFA Champions League, where he would also break the record of being the youngest player to be in the competition. As if that were not enough, Moukoko, on December 18th of this year, scored his first goal with Dortmund’s first team and this makes him the youngest scorer in the history of the Bundesliga.

In short, Youssoufa Moukoko has broken several records in less than two months in Borussia Dortmund’s senior squad and it is possible that he will continue to do so in the near future. In addition, the fans of the Yellow and Black Wall are excited about the Moukoko-Haaland partnership and the bright future those two represent.
