Where is Your Team, Lewis?

Usually the F1 World Champion stops at the pits and, in a few seconds, the mechanics of Mercedes change his tires.
Recently, however, Lewis Hamilton had to do it himself, but he didn’t get off that badly, since it took him a minute – at least in his opinion – to replace the tire of his electric Mercedes EQC, which had exploded. “We had a tyre blow out on the motorway and had to stop at the station. Took a minute to change the wheel but once done, I was back on the road in my EQC. It’s the best not having to refuel” Lewis Hamilton posted on his Instagram profile.
As far as we can tell, Lewis Hamilton was in the company of some friends who then took the photos published together with the post on Instagram, where you can see the six-time Formula One World Champion – in purple and green tie dye sportswear and a black mask – while he tries to change the flat tire of his EQC Mercedes, the latest arrival in his millionaire garage, which also includes a Pagani Zonda 760 LH and a Shelby 427 Cobra from 1966.
“Where is the team of Mercedes mechanics when you need them?”, joked a follower, commenting on the shots, while another pointed his finger at the minute it took Lewis Hamilton to complete the operation: “What happened to the 2.4 seconds?”. And, a third joked about the possible new job of the driver: “When you retire, you might find a job with the team that changes tires in F1”.
